| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá komparační analýzou spokojenosti učitelů a studentů na Obchodní akademii ve Valašském Meziříčí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na shrnutí základních poznatků dané problematiky a vymezení hlavních faktorů spokojenosti. Empirická část je věnována charakteristice školy a respondentů. Dále jsou prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru s ředitelem analyzovány jednotlivé zkoumané oblasti. Na základě výsledků analýzy jsou navržena konkrétní doporučení, která mohou zvýšit spokojenost učitelů i studentů. |

| Abstract: | Diploma thesis deals with the comparative analysis of the satisfaction of teachers and students at the Business Academy in Valasske Mezirici. The theoretical part is focused on summarizing the basic knowledge of the issue and define the main factors of satisfaction. The empirical part is devoted to the characteristic of school and respondents. Furthermore, through questionnaires and an interview with the schoolmaster each study areas are analyzed. Based on the results of analysis are proposed specific recommendations that could increase the satisfaction of both teachers and students. |
