| Abstract: | Kapitálový trh je významnou součástí ekonomického systému, především díky schopnosti efektivního přerozdělení volných likvidních prostředků mezi přebytkovými a deficitními jednotkami. Protože jeho nejdůležitější částí je burza, je zde uvedena její analýza. Práce je zaměřena na Francii, která je považovaná za jeden z významných ekonomických pilířů Evropské unie. Nejprve je uveden význam kapitálového trhu a jeho historie. Dále jsou uvedeny informace o současném dění, regulaci a dohledu. Analýza francouzského kapitálového trhu je provedena na základě nejvýznamnějšího pařížského burzovního indexu a vybraných ukazatelů, jako počet primárních emisí, tržní kapitalizace nebo druhy obchodovaných instrumentů. Vzhledem k tomu, že pro investory je vždy zajímavá spekulace a predikce budoucího vývoje, jsou v závěru práce nastíněny možné scénáře, které mohou nastat. |

| Abstract: | The capital market is an important part of the economic system, due to the ability of effective reallocation of available liquid funds between investors and deficit units. The most important part of it is the stock exchange, so there also its analysis in France, which is considered one of the major economic pillars of the European Union. First it's given the importance of capital market and its history. Next there are details of current situation, regulation and supervision. The analysis of the French capital market is made by several indicators such as the most important stock exchange index of Paris Bourse and by selected indicators, as the number of Initial public offerings, market capitalization or types of traded instruments. For the investors is always interesting speculation and prediction of future development. In the conclusion of this work there are lined future possibilities. |
