| Abstract: | Tato práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci ukazatelů finanční analýzy u malých společností, které by měly investorům pomoci při prvotním výběru akcií z pohledu růstového investování. Rozebírané ukazatele jsou z oblasti kapitálového trhu, rentability, zadluženosti a likvidity. Výsledné hodnoty ukazatelů jsou interpretovány z pohledu možné strategie společnosti, čímž umožňují lepší pohled na danou společnost a identifikaci jejích silných stránek a slabin. V práci jsou obsaženy základní teoretické poznatky o růstovém investování a specifikách malých společností. Jsou zde uvedeny i výsledky starších empirických studií, zabývajících se komparací hodnotového a růstového investování a náhled na růstové investování dle Jima Slatera. V praktické části bylo k výše uvedené analýze využito 14 historicky výrazně nadprůměrně rostoucích společností z burzy NASDAQ, u nichž se vývoj sledoval za 5 let, z nichž konec 3. roku byl počátkem nadprůměrného růstu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis focuses on indentification of financial analysis indicators of small firms. These indicators should help investors to use growth investing method within their first pick stocks. Discussed indicators are from capital market, rentability, indebtedness and liquidity areas. The resulting values of these indicators are interpreted accordingly to the strategy of the company. That helps to identify the company's strengths and weeknesses. This thesis contains of basic theoretical knowledge of growth investing and specifics of small companies. It also comprises of results of older empirical studies in which growth and value investing was compared. The growth investing methods by Jime Slater. There were used 14 historically significantly above average growing companies registred in NASDAQ for the purpose of analysis. |
