| Abstract: | Předmětem zájmu této bakalářské práce je srovnání uživatelského rozhraní webových stránek dvou ministerstev. A to Ministerstva průmyslu a obchodu České republiky a Ministerstva hospodárstva Slovenské republiky. Úvodem je stručně popsána historie a současný stav Internetu a webových stránek. Dále je uvedeno srovnání struktury exekutivy a legislativy, týkající se přístupu k informacím v ČR a v SR. Hlavní část práce pak tvoří kritická analýza a srovnání dvou výše zmíněných webových stránek. K dosažení stanovených cílů jsou nejprve popsány hlavní zásady tvorby použitelných, přístupných, graficky vyvedených a uživatelsky příjemných webových stránek. Tyto zásady zahrnují také informační architekturu, strukturu navigace, typografii i grafické zpracování. Z těchto zásad poté vychází stěžejní část práce, tedy kritická analýza a srovnání webových stránek. Součástí práce jsou také návrhy na možná vylepšení, které mohou pomoci tvůrcům webových stránek. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor's thesis is to compare user interface of two ministries websites. The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic. First, there is brief describe the history and current state of the Internet and websites. Second, there is comparison of executive branch of Government and legislation of access to information in CR and SR. In the main part there is a critical analysis and comparison of the two websites. To achieve the goals there is description the main principles of making applicable, accessible, graphically nice and user-friendly websites. These principles also include information architecture, navigation structure, typography and graphic design. From principles above follows the core part of the thesis: critical analysis and comparison websites. In the thesis there are also suggestions on possible improvements that may be useful for website's developers. |
