| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřena na popis postupu procesní analýzy, v prostředí děkanátu fakulty technicky zaměřené vysoké školy. Především jde o nastínění zvoleného postupu a metodiky, v kontextu se specifickými rysy tohoto tipu organizace, a možnými riziky úspěšnosti projektu plynoucími z těchto charakteristik. Procesní analýza byla předmětem studentské stáže pro firmu IBM, v práci tedy budou zmíněny i popsány vybrané nástroje poskytnuté pro účely projektu, spolu s doporučenou metodikou jejich optimálního využití. Poslední část práce je věnována kritickému zhodnocení metodiky uplatněné na projektu v porovnání s metodikou IBM a některými principy metodiky MMABP. Hlavní přínos práce tkví právě v kritickém pohledu na zvolený postup řešení projektu v porovnání s teorií metodik. |

| Abstract: | The main purpose of this thesis consists of describing steps, and methodology, in the environment of deanship of a technical university's faculty. The goal is to outline methods and methodology chosen for this concrete project, with the context of specific characteristics typical for this kind of institution, and potential risks resulting from these characteristics. The project of process analysis was part of IBM Internship program, which draws out the need to describe provided tools and methodology by IBM itself. Final part of thesis will evaluate the methodology used on a project, with both IBM, and MMABP methodologies kept in mind. The main contribution of the thesis lies in the critical view of the project against methodologies' theories. |
