| Abstract: | Diplomová práce ukazuje pohled na proces náboru a výběru zaměstnanců aplikovaný ve firmách. Rozebírá tento proces na dílčí činnosti, které podrobněji analyzuje. Pojednává o kladech a záporech výběrových metod z pohledu zaměstnavatelů i uchazečů o pracovní pozice. Na základě dotazníkového šetření uvádí konkrétní postupy využívané v praxi zaměstnavateli a přístupy a zkušenosti samotných uchazečů s výběrovým řízením. |

| Abstract: | The thesis shows the view of the process of recruitment and selection of the employees applied in companies. The process is decomposed into the specific activities that are analysed in more detail. Recruitment methods are evaluated from the perspective of both employers and applicants for posts. On the basis of the questionnaires lists the specific procedures used in practice by employers, applicants' approaches and experiences of the recruitment procedure. |
