| Abstract: | Cílem mé bakalářské práce je popsat principy a metody, které ovládají sestavování účetních výkazů a to jak na kontinentální tak na anglosaské úrovni. V první části své bakalářské práce se věnuji teoretickému rozdílu chápaní kontinentální a anglosaské právní kultury. V dalších kapitolách postupně rozebírám proces vykazování dle českých, německých, evropských, anglických a amerických právních předpisů. Předposlední kapitola se věnuje procesu vykazování finančního výkaznictví dle IFRS. Závěrečná kapitola srovnává jednotlivé úpravy formou tabulky a popisné metodiky. |

| Abstract: | The aim of my bachelor thesis is to describe the principles and methods that control the compilation of financial statements according to both continental and the Anglo-Saxon legal culture. The first part of my bachelor thesis is devoted to the theoretical understanding of the differences between continental and Anglo-Saxon legal culture. In the subsequent chapters I discuss the process of reporting financial statements according to Czech, German, European, English and American law. The 4th chapter deals with the process of reporting financial statements according to the IFRS. The final chapter compares the different approaches in the form of table and descriptive methodology. |
