| Abstract: | Sociální odpovědnost firem (corporate social responsibility -- CSR) má dlouhou historii. Ovšem tempo, kterým se CSR vyvíjela v posledních letech, je bezprecedentní. Rychlý rozmach by mohl svádět k dojmu, že CSR se vyvíjí v permanentní fenomén zahrnující novou podobu vztahu mezi společností a firemním sektorem, a to na národní i mezinárodní úrovni. Realita je přirozeně mnohem složitější. |

The swift development might be tempting for observers to suppose that CSR is evolving into a permanent phenomenon, embodying a new form of business-society relationship at both national and international level. Naturally, the reality is always more complex than it might seem at first sight. |
