| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce zachycuje tvorbu metody Balanced Scorecard pro Vysokou školu ekonomickou. Nejprve v teoretické části popisuje, co jsou to neziskové organizace a jejich dělení, dále se zaměřuje na popis strategie a samotnou metodu BSC z teoretického hlediska. V praktické části popisuje Vysokou školu ekonomickou jak z hlediska historického, tak i z hlediska jejího fungování. Praktická část rovněž zahrnuje tvorbu PEST analýzy, Porterovy analýzy a metody Balanced Scorecard, které je věnována větší část této diplomové práce. Vyústěním práce je komunikace strategie prostřednictvím strategické mapy. |

| Abstract: | This Masterś Thesis captures creation of methods Balanced Scorecard for the University of Economics. First, the theoretical part describes what they are nonprofit organizations and how are divided, then focuses on describing the strategy and method of the BSC. The practical part describes the University of Economics, historically and in terms of its functioning. The practical part also includes the creation of PEST analysis, Porter's analysis and the Balanced Scorecard method, which is devoted the greater part of this Masterś thesis. The results of the work is communication strategy through the strategic map. |
