| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit přínos a další perspektivy projektů silniční infrastruktury realizovaných ve spolupráci veřejného a soukromého sektoru. Za tímto účelem je v práci provedena analýza projektů tohoto typu realizovaných, příp. připravovaných na území Spolkové republiky Německo. V první kapitole je stručně charakterizováno prostředí, v němž byly projekty realizovány. Dále se věnuji legislativě, která danou problematiku upravuje. Poznatky získané z provedené analýzy projektů realizovaných ve spolupráci veřejného a soukromého sektoru jsou srovnávány s údaji o projektech uskutečněných konvenčním způsobem. Nakonec jsou získané poznatky shrnuty a vedou k závěru, že spolupráce veřejného a soukromého sektoru na projektech silniční infrastruktury má svou budoucnost a může být přínosem i pro ostatní evropské státy včetně České republiky. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to determine the benefits of road infrastructure projects implemented in cooperation between the public and private sectors. The thesis analyses this type of projects that have been realized in Germany. The first chapter briefly characterizes the environment which the projects were implemented in. It also discusses the legislation that governs the issue. On the basis of knowledge obtained from the analysis the projects implemented in cooperation between the public and private sectors are compared with the projects carried out in conventional way. Finally, results are summarized and lead to the conclusion that cooperation between the public and private sector in road infrastructure projects has a future and can be beneficial for other European countries including the Czech Republic. |
