| Abstract: | Předmětem diplomové práce Regionální diferenciace v úrovni rozvoje malého a středního podnikání v České republice je vymezení, zhodnocení a analýza faktorů rozvoje, které na jednotlivých úrovních veřejné správy ovlivňují rozvoj malého a středního podnikání v ČR. Analýza faktorů rozvoje podnikání je podrobněji zachycena u čtyř krajů, které reprezentují specifický typ regionu. Předmětem analýzy je region rozvíjející se, dva regiony s nízkou dynamikou růstu a region v poklesu. Stávající a potenciální možnosti rozvoje MSP v těchto jednotlivých typech krajů byly shrnuty do SWOT analýz. Výsledkem těchto analýz bylo zjištění, že definované faktory rozvoje podnikání mají v každém kraji jinou četnost a důležité je nalezení jejich dalšího potenciálu. Jednotlivé kapitoly práce se zaměřují na vymezení pojmu, vývoje a současného stavu malého a středního podnikání v ČR a na nalezení a definování faktorů rozvoje ovlivňujících podnikání v jednotlivých typech krajů. Případová studie, která řeší problematiku regionálních poradenských a informačních center, přinesla zjištění, že jejich eliminace by mohla vést k pomalejšímu rozvoji malých a středních podnikatelů na regionální a místní úrovni jejich působení. |

| Abstract: | The subject of the dissertation 'Regional Differentiation in the Level of Development of Small and Medium-Scale Businesses in the Czech Republic' is the definition, evaluation and analysis of those development factors that influence the development of small and medium-scale businesses in the Czech Republic at different levels of public administration. The factor analysis focuses on four regions which each represent a specific regional type. Therefore the subjects of the analysis are one developing region, two regions with a low growth dynamic and one region in recession. The current and potential possibilities for growth of small and medium-scale businesses in these types of regions have been summarised in the SWOT analyses. The results of these analyses suggest that the particular development factors appear in each region with a different frequency and it is important to determine their further potential. Individual chapters of the dissertation focus on the definition of the concept, the development and the current state of SME in the Czech Republic. They also aim to detect and identify the development factors influencing businesses within individual types of regions. An example study on the issue of regional advisory and information centres revealed that their elimination could lead to slower development SME at the regional and local levels of exposure. |
