| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá teoretickým rozborem nástrojů a metod pro získávání a výběr pracovníků. Zároveň popisuje a posuzuje využití těchto metod v praxi. Pro tyto účely byla zvolena společnost Vigour, která se zabývá zaměstnáváním specialistů působících v oblasti informačních technologií. Představené metody a nástroje používané v praxi jsou konfrontovány s popsanými teoretickými poznatky a s výsledky dotazníkového šetření. To bylo prováděno uvnitř společnosti ve dvou rovinách -- mezi zaměstnanci a manažery. Záměrem konfrontace je identifikace slabých stránek včetně předložení návrhů na jejich zmírnění či odstranění. |

| Abstract: | Master's thesis deals with theoretical analysis of tools and methods for staffing employees. It also describes the use of these methods in practice. For this purpose was chosen the company Vigour, which employs specialists working in the field of information technology. The presented methods and tools used in practice are confronted with the described theoretical knowledge and the results of the survey. This was done within the company at two levels - between employees and managers. The aim of confrontation is to identify weaknesses, including proposals for mitigation or elimination. |
