| Abstract: | Diplomová práce ,,Příprava a implementace systému hodnocení pracovníků ve firmě" se věnuje problematice hodnocení pracovníků v konkrétní firmě -- HC electronics, s.r.o. Cílem je navrhnout efektivnější systém hodnocení pracovníků na pozicích výrobních dělníků ve společnosti a určit jednotlivé kroky vedoucí k úspěšné implementaci tohoto systému do praxe firmy. První část práce je zaměřena na teoretický výklad hodnocení zaměstnanců na podkladě odborné literatury. Praktická část má za úkol vytvořit návrh systému hodnocení výrobních dělníků. Tento návrh vychází z požadavků personálního oddělení firmy a z průzkumu spokojenosti a zjišťování motivační struktury dělníků. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny kroky implementace systému do praxe. |

| Abstract: | The thesis ,,Preparing and implementation of the evaluation system of employees in an enterprise" follows the question of evaluation of the employees in a specific enterprise -- HC electronics, s.r.o. The aim is to design a more effective evaluation system at the positions of production workers in the company and to define particular steps leading to a successful implementation of the system into practice of the enterprise. The first part of this thesis is focused on theoretical presentation based on scholar literature. The goal of the practical part is to create an outline of the evaluation system of production workers. This outline reflects the requirements of the personnel Department and the results of a satisfaction survey and investigation of the motivation structure of workers. At the end of the thesis there are shown the steps of the implementation of the evaluation system into practice of the enterprise. |
