| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá jednotlivými způsoby financování dlouhodobého majetku. Hlavním cílem práce je poskytnout všeobecný přehled daných forem financování a jejich vzájemnou komparaci, ať již z kvalitativního či kvantitativního pohledu. Aplikační část je zaměřena na propojení obecné části s příkladem z praxe pro lepší znázornění celkové problematiky a na určení, která z uvedených forem financování je nejvýhodnější pro analyzovanou společnost (Diakonii Broumov). Důraz je především kladen na faktory ovlivňující investiční rozhodování při pořizování vozového parku. Pro srovnání efektivity jednotlivých způsobů financování je použita metoda diskontovaných výdajů. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with different methods of funding of fixed assets. The main aim of the study is to provide a general overview of the given types of funding and their comparison, either from a qualitative or a quantitative perspective. The application section focuses on linking the general section with a real-life situation, for a better illustration of the overall problem and to determine which of these types of funding is most advantageous for the analyzed company (Diakonie Broumov). Emphasis is placed primarily on factors influencing investment decisions in acquisition of vehicles. To compare effectiveness of various methods of funding the method of discounted costs is used. |
