| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá problematikou komparace burzovních trhů Shanghai Stock Exchange, Hong Kong Exchanges, New York Stock Exchange a NASDAQ. Uvedeny jsou jak stručné údaje o historickém vývoji jednotlivých burz, tak i jejich základní charakteristiky (právní forma, obchodovatelnost vlastních akcií, tržní segmenty, harmonogram burzovního dne a další). Dále jsou porovnány a vymezeny instrumenty, se kterými se na jednotlivých burzách obchoduje. Srovnány jsou též požadavky kladené na kotaci akcií. V poslední kapitole jsou analyzována burzovní data. Burzovní trhy jsou srovnány dle tržní kapitalizace akcií a podle počtu kotovaných společností. Je zde též uvedena kvantitativní analýza vybraných burzovních instrumentů dle objemu obchodů. U každé burzy je také vybrán jeden reprezentativní burzovní index a následně je použit k analýze a komparaci vývoje daných burzovních trhů v čase, zejména s ohledem na externí příčiny růstu či poklesu trhu. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis discusses the comparison of following stock exchanges: Shanghai Stock Exchange, Hong Kong Exchanges, New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ. History of each of the stock exchanges is briefly mentioned, as well as their fundamental characteristics (including company status, tradability of own shares, market segments, trading hours etc.). The thesis also deals with the specification and comparison of products traded on the money market on the individual stock exchanges. Moreover, there are compared the listing rules for the stocks. The last chapter is focused on the analysis of the exchange data. Stock exchanges are compared in terms of the market capitalization and in terms of the number of listed companies. The analysis of value of trading is also covered. Finally, the stock exchanges are compared with regards to one representative index. |
