| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá systémy zdravotnictví, sociální péče a zdravotnictví v zemích subsaharské Afriky. První část práce se věnuje chudobě a s ní souvisejících rozvojových problémů tohoto regionu a způsoby jejího měření. Druhá část popisuje stav a diferenci jednotlivých systémů a třetí část se zaměřuje na možnosti zkvalitňování sociálních systémů, které by mohly vést ke zmírnění rozvojových problémů. |

| Abstract: | In the first part of the work discribes the poverty as the main development problem of the region sub-saharan Africa and other problems connected with poverty. The second part of the work summarizes the state and diferences of social systems in individual countries of the region. The last part is focusing on the possibilities of improvement social systems to achieve the reduction of development problems. |
