| Abstract: | Má diplomová práce se zaměřuje na téma BOZP, jež je v současnosti pokládáno spolu s environmentální politikou za jednu z nejdůležitějších otázek v rámci řízení a organizace každé rozvíjející se společnosti. Cílem diplomové práce je poukázat na problematiku související s dodržováním bezpečnostních předpisů, se kterou se potýká i společnost ČZ,a.s., s jejímiž odborníky budu spolupracovat a jejíž data a údaje budu využívat. Ve své práci se tedy budu zabývat posouzením a analýzou úrovně bezpečnosti práce a ochrany zdraví ve společnosti ČZ a.s. v divizi Auto rozborem například pracovní úrazovosti, příčin, jež jí způsobují a faktory, které ji ovlivňují. Budu analyzovat politiku BOZP v závodě posouzením činnosti jednotlivých útvarů při zavádění bezpečnostních opatření, její vývoj a technické zajištění bezpečnosti. Při nalezení případných nedostatků bude mým cílem pokusit se navrhnout opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení. Dosažení úkolu bude docíleno porovnáním současné legislativy se situací v konkrétní společnosti, tedy porovnáním legislativních požadavků na BOZP a systém managementu bezpečnosti dle zásad "Bezpečný podnik", které vycházejí z normy OHSAS 18001 s politikou BOZP v ČZ, a.s. |

| Abstract: | My graduation thesis focuses on health protection and safety at work, which is currently being considered along with environmental policy one of the most important issues in the management and organization every developing society. The thesis aims to highlight the issues related to compliance with safety regulations, with which the company ČZ, a.s. fumbles too. With its experts will cooperate and whose data and information will be used. In my work I will therefore deal with assessment and analysis of the level of occupational safety and health protection in this society and in Division Auto using analysis such as industrial accidents, causes, that it implicate and factors that affect it. I will analyze the health and safety policy in the establishment of assessment activities of departments in implementing safety implementation, its development and technical security. By location some deficiencies will be my goal to try to suggest measures leading to the improvement. Achieving the targets will be reached by comparing the current legislation with the situation in a particular society, then comparing the legislative requirements for health protection and safety and security management system according to the principles of "Safe Company", based on the OHSAS 18001 health and safety policy in the ČZ, a.s. |
