| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zmapování a následné porovnání podmínek, jež Česká republika a Filipíny v současné době nabízí zahraničním podnikatelským subjektům z hlediska outsourcingu. První část se obecně zabývá pojmem outsourcing. Především však seznamuje s širokou paletou faktorů, které mají vliv na rozhodnutí firem o tom, v jaké zemi budou nakupovat služby tamních dodavatelů. Dvě následující kapitoly se postupně věnují aplikaci všech aspektů v obou těchto v mnoha ohledech zcela rozličných státech. Část závěrečná tyto země z hlediska popsaných faktorů pomocí SWOT analýz vyhodnocuje a srovnává. Zároveň nastiňuje kroky, které by mohly zlepšit současný stav u skutečností, které byly zařazeny mezi hrozby, případně slabé stánky. |

| Abstract: | This thesis aims to analyze and consequently compare conditions which are currently offered by the Czech Republic and the Philippines to companies in the field of international outsourcing. The first part gives attention to the term outsourcing itself. Above all, it enlightens the extensity of elements, which are influential in decisions of corporations when choosing the country to be outsourced from. The next two consequential chapters are concerned with the application of all aspects of outsourcing in both of these two in many ways different states. The final part evaluates and confronts these countries in light of the described factors as per SWOT analysis. Herewith, it outlines steps which could be taken to improve the present status of matters, which have been ranked among threats, eventually waeknesses. |
