| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá marketingovými aktivitami restaurace "Pizzerie Bowling Litovel", která se snaží si udržet spokojené zákazníky. Teoretická část se zabývá zásady marketingu v oblasti služeb, především pohostinství. Praktická část popisuje současnou situaci restaurace. S využitím marketingového výzkumu a analýzy konkurence aplikuje teorii na reálný projekt a přichází s návrhy a doporučeními ohledně vylepšení marketingu restaurace. |

| Abstract: | This Thesis deals with marketing activities of restaurant "Pizzerie Bowling Litovel", that tries to keep its satisfied customers. Theoretical section focuses on the principles of marketing in services, especially in hospitality. The practical section describes the current situation of the restaurant. Through the use of marketing research and competitive analysis, applies the theory on the real project and arrives with plans and recommendations on how to improve the marketing of the restaurant. |
