| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá společným jměním manželů pro případ podnikatelských aktivit jednoho z manželů. Hlavním cílem této práce je shrnutí teorie týkající se společného jmění manželů pro případ podnikatelských aktivit jednoho z manželů a následná demonstrace teoretických poznatků na několika případech z praxe. Kromě úvodu a závěru obsahuje práce tři obsáhlé kapitoly. První kapitola je věnována historickému vývoji majetkových vztahů mezi manžely. Druhá kapitola definuje základní pojmy týkající se společného jmění manželů a podnikání. Třetí kapitola obsahuje několik případů z praxe, které se týkají daného tématu. |

| Abstract: | The Master's Thesis deals with the common property of spouses in a case of business activities of one of the spouses. The main goal of the Master's Thesis is to summarize the main information concerning the topic of the common property of spouses in a case of business activities of one of the spouses and a presentation of several practical cases. Except for introduction and conclusion the Master's Thesis contains three parts. The first one describes the historical development. The second part defines the main concepts of common property and enterpreneur. The third part contains several practical cases regarding the chosen topic. |
