| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je seznámit čtenáře s obsahem, náležitostmi a strukturou podnikatelského plánu a seznámit jej s teoretickými znalostmi nutnými k tvorbě takovéhoto plánu. V teoretické části pak dále najdeme informace o tom, jaká jsou specifika tvorby podnikatelského plánu v malých a středních firmách a jaké druhy veterinární alternativní medicíny u nás najdeme. Praktická část je věnována jednotlivým částem podnikatelského plánu aplikovaného přímo na myšlenku biorezonančního centra pro zvířata. Úvodní části vysvětlují problematiku biorezonanční terapie a seznamují čtenáře s hlavní myšlenkou a cíli konkrétního podnikatelského záměru. V závěru je pak zhodnoceno, jestli by tento podnikatelský záměr měl šanci na realizaci, případně přežití a hodnotí přínos podnikatelského plánu pro samotného podnikatele. |

| Abstract: | The main objective of this thesis Business plan -- Animaland is to create a business plan to establish a company to provide alternative medicine services for animals close to Ostrava and testing the viability of this business plan. The theoretical part focuses on the specifies of small and medium enterprises and the principles of processing a business plan. At the end of the theoretical part are described the alternative methods used in the Czech Republic. In the practical part is already prepared a business plan itself, with all the essentials that business plan should include. These are market analysis, competition analysis, marketing plan, financial plan, risk analysis etc. |
