| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá systémem Efficient Consumer Response, který je založen na vzájemné spolupráci mezi obchodníkem a jeho dodavatelem s cílem vytvořit hodnotu pro koncového spotřebitele. V teoretické části jsou detailně rozebrány 2 základní strategie systému Efficient Consumer Response, strategie Efficient Replenishment (strategie efektivního obnovování zásob) a strategie Category Management (strategie výrobkových řad). Praktická část práce je věnována uplatnění systému Efficient Consumer Response v praxi. |

In the teoretical part of the thesis are mentioned 2 main strategies: Efficient Replenishment and Category management. Practical part of the thesis dedicates usage of the system in practice. |
