| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku systému ekonomického vládnutí v Evropské unii v kontextu finančních krize. Evropská unie a její procesy dodnes představují těžko uchopitelný společenský fenomén. Velký prostor při jeho zkoumání je věnován konceptu governance. Jakýkoliv systém governance není definitivní a pod vlivem společenských jevů dochází k jeho proměnám. Jedním z výrazných společenských jevů jsou bezpochyby finanční krize. Finanční krize by tedy měly mít vliv na formování systému governance v Evropské unii, což se snaží tato práce dokázat. Jádrem práce je popis a analýza přijatých opatření pro boj s finanční krizí v kontextu evropské ekonomické governance. V práci jsou dále specifikovány okolnosti vzniku a šíření finanční krize. Je předpokládáno, že finanční krize vytvořila rozhodující tlak na poltické aktéry vedoucí k reformě systému evropského vládnutí. V závěru práce je diskutována existence a podoba změny systému vládnutí v Evropské unii a její pravděpodobný budoucí vývoj. |

| Abstract: | This work is focused on the issue of system of European economic governance in the context of financial crisis. The European Union and its processes as social phenomenon are difficult to grasp even today. In this case broad attention is given by political scientists to the concept of governance. But no system of governance is static. It changes under the influence of various social phenomena. No doubt one of them is financial crisis. So financial crisis should have influence on forming and reforming of the European system of governance, what should be proved by this work. The description of political and economic measures taken against financial crisis is the heart of the work. The circumstances of the origin and transmission of financial crisis are specified too. It is assumed that financial crisis put the political actors under pressure to reform the system of European governance. In conclusion of this work the transformation of system of governance in the EU and its probable future development are discussed. |
