| Abstract: | Problematika nezaměstnanosti je tématem stále aktuálním. Nezaměstnanost má nejen nezanedbatelný vliv na výkonnost ekonomiky, ale také představuje velmi silný tlak na psychiku nezaměstnaného a jeho rodiny. Jedním z nástrojů, pomocí kterých může stát snižovat nezaměstnanost je aktivní politika zaměstnanosti. Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje trh práce v okrese Jihlava se zaměřením na aktivní politiku zaměstnanosti, prováděnou v tomto okrese. Teoretická část se zabývá nezaměstnaností a aktivní politikou zaměstnanosti z obecného hlediska. Praktická část se zabývá problematikou nezaměstnanosti a aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti v okrese Jihlava. Je zde nastíněná demografická struktura obyvatel, a základní ekonomická charakteristika okresu. Zejména se však práce soustřeďuje na vývoj a strukturu nezaměstnanosti v daném okrese, která je porovnávána s celorepublikovým průměrem. V práci je ověřena hypotéza o účinnosti aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti ve formě rekvalifikačních kurzů. |

| Abstract: | The problem of unemployment is still the current topic. Unemployment not only hassignificant impact on economic performance, but also a very strong pressure on the psyche of the unemployed and his family. Active employment policy is one of the tools, that may be reducing the unemployment rate. This thesis analyzes the labor market in the district of Jihlava, focusing on active employment policy, and implemented in this district. The theoretical part deals with unemployment and an active employment policy in general terms. The practical part deals with the problemsof unemployment and employment policy in the district of Jihlava. There outlined the demographic structure of population and economic characteristics of basic district. In particular, the work focuses on the development and structure of unemployment in thedistrict, which is compared to the national average. This work verified the hypothesisabout the effectiveness of active employment policy in the form of retraining courses |
