| Abstract: | Tato práce je věnována velice zajímavému tématu -- jedná se o investiční činnost. Investice jsou základem rozvoje ekonomiky a růstu životní úrovně obyvatel. Zahraniční investice jsou zdrojem pro další ekonomický růst. Autorka svoji práci zaměřila na zkoumání investic v zemi, odkud pochází, jedná se o Bělorusko. O investování do daného území se moc nemluví, což je způsobeno tamní politickou situací. Bělorusko je ale poměrně oblíbeno ruskými investory. Práce je rozdělena do několika částí. První část má teoreticko-metodologický charakter a popisuje obecné poznatky a pojmy vztahující se k investování. V praktické části se již autorka věnuje vyloženě problematice investování v Bělorusku a poměrně podrobně rozepisuje investiční klima dané země. Diplomová práce končí uvedením praktických doporučení pro investice v Bělorusku. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is dedicated to a very interesting topic - it is an investment activity. Investments are the basis of economic development and growth of living standards. Foreign investments are therefore a source for further economic growth. The author of this work focused on exploring investment in the country where she was born, it is Belarus. About the investment in that territory is not talked much, which could be caused by the local political situation. But Belarus is quite popular between Russian investors. The work is divided into several parts. The first part is theoretical and methodological, describes the general knowledge and concepts related to investment. In the practical part, the author describes the investment rules in Belarus and gives quite detailed information about the investment climate in the country. The thesis ends with an indication of practical recommendations for investment in Belarus. |
