| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je ocenění společnosti SAPELI a.s na bázi tržní hodnoty k datu 30.6.2010. Diplomová práce se skládá z následujících částí - informace o oceňovaném podniku a definice účelu ocenění, strategické a finanční analýzy, analýzy a prognózy generátorů hodnoty a samotným oceněním. Ocenění společnosti SAPELI a.s. bylo provedeno na základě výnosové metody DCF Equity, alternativní metodou byla metoda tržního porovnání. |
