| Abstract: | Práce analyzuje podnikatelské prostředí v Hongkongu a jeho specifika. Analýza je provedena pomocí analýzy PEST. Postupně tedy zkoumá politické, ekonomické, sociálně-kulturní a technologické prostředí. Nejpodrobněji je rozebrána ekonomická část práce, která zahrnuje taktéž postup při založení právnické osoby v Hongkongu. Cílem práce je kromě analýzy podnikatelského prostředí také získání praktických informací na základě zodpovězeného dotazníku od českých firem podnikajících v Hongkongu. Na základě obecné analýzy a zodpovězeného dotazníku práce uvádí výhody a nevýhody podnikání v Hongkongu a zmiňuje doporučení pro firmy, které uvažují o vstupu na hongkongský trh. |

| Abstract: | The thesis analyses the business environment and its specifics in Hong Kong. The analysis is done by using the PEST analysis. It explores step by step the political, economical, social-cultural and technological environment. It focuses mainly on the economical part, which includes also the process of incorporation. Apart from the analysis of the business environment, the thesis contains practical information about Czech companies that conduct business in Hong Kong. This information is obtained from a questionnaire. On basis of the general analysis and the questionnaire the thesis deduces several pros and cons of doing business in Hong Kong and it mentions some recommendations for firms that are planning to enter the Hong Kong market. |
