| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá investičním prostředím v Indii. V první kapitole jsou vysvětleny hlavní teoretické pojmy vztahující se k tomuto tématu. Druhá kapitola popisuje historické i současné aspekty Indie, které se podílí na formování tamního investičního prostředí. Je zde také charakterizováno indické hospodářství, vývoj makroekonomických ukazatelů a struktura exportu a importu. Třetí kapitola hodnotí investiční prostředí. Jsou zde představeny důležité reformy, odvětvová omezení, překážky vstupu na indický trh, agentury podporující příliv přímých zahraničních investic a nabízené investiční pobídky. Část této kapitoly je věnována také přímým zahraničním investicím. Poslední část této práce představuje potenciální investiční příležitosti pro zahraniční investory. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor's thesis is about the investment climate in India. The first chapter explains important theoretical terms concerning this topic. The second chapter describes both historical and current aspects which are involved in forming investment climate. Indian economy and its involvement in international trade are also characterized in this chapter. The third chapter evaluates the investment climate as such. It introduces important reforms, industry restrictions, barriers to entry to the Indian market, and investment promotion agencies. It also provides information about foreign direct investments in India. The last part of this thesis is dedicated to investment opportunities for foreign investors. |
