| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rakouskými přímými investicemi v České republice. Jejím cílem je popsat vývoj přílivu rakouských PZI do ČR, určit jejich strukturu, největší investory a zhodnotit jejich přínos pro ČR i Rakousko. První kapitola poskytuje teoretický základ přímých zahraničních investic a popisuje vývoj českého investičního prostředí. Druhá kapitola charakterizuje rakouské přímé investice v zahraničí. Popisuje jejich vývoj, odvětvovou a teritoriální strukturu a také seznamuje s největšími rakouskými investory. Třetí kapitola se zabývá rakouskými PZI v České republice. Opakuje témata druhé kapitoly v kontextu České republiky a jednotlivé výsledky porovnává s těmi z druhé kapitoly. Poslední část třetí kapitoly je věnována přínosům rakouských PZI pro Českou republiku i Rakousko. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with Austrian direct investments in the Czech Republic. The objectives of the thesis are to describe the progress of inflow of the Austrian FDI to the Czech Republic, ascertain their structure, determining the biggest Austrian investors and finally, evaluating their contribution both to the Czech Republic and Austria. The first chapter provides a theoretical foundation of foreign direct investments and describes the progress of the investing environment within the Czech Republic. Chapter two defines Austrian direct investments abroad. It describes their development, branch and territorial structure and names individually the biggest Austrian investors. The last chapter focuses on Austrian FDI in the Czech Republic in terms of development, structure and biggest investors and compares the results with chapter two. Furthermore, it determines contributions of the Austrian FDI located in the Czech Republic both to Austria and the Czech Republic. |
