| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá firemní kulturou farmaceutické společnosti Teva. V teoretické části mé práce jsem se zaměřila na pojmy kultura a firemní kultura. Představila jsem zde základní rysy izraelské i české kultury a přiblížila určité pojmy a skutečnosti související s firemní kulturou. V praktické části je představena společnost Teva a její firemní kultura. Vedle stručné historie je čtenář seznámen se základními podnikovými hodnotami, prvky a strategií. Je zde také rozebrán vztah společnosti k etickému podnikání v rámci konceptu CSR. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis is focused on the corporate culture of the pharmaceutical company Teva. The theoretical part of my bachelor thesis deals with terms culture and corporate culture. I have introduced basic features of Israeli and czech culturue and I have described some terms and facts related to corporate culture. In the practical part is introduced the company Teva and its corporate culture. Besides brief history I have written about basic corporate values, elements, strategy and attitude to the ethical business within CSR. |
