| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dopady přímých zahraničních investic (PZI) obecně na ekonomiku rozvojových zemí , pak hloubějším analyzováním ekonomiky Vietnamu jako specifický případ. Cílem této bakalářské práce je na základě obecné znalosti charakterizovat dopady PZI na ekonomiku rozvojových zemí celkově a na základě analýzy makroekonomických ukazatelů vietnamského hospodářství bude význam PZI ukazován zřetelněji. První kapitola je věnována teoretickému pojetí PZI a tokům PZI. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na toky PZI v jednotlivých regionech rozvojových zemí. Další dva pojmy, které souvisejí s problémem PZI, jsou rozvojové země a TNK, jejichž definice poskytuje druhá část druhé kapitoly. Hlavní částí této bakalářské práce je třetí kapitola, kde je podrobně rozebírána ekonomika Vietnamu. Sice příliv PZI do Vietnamu přináší určité negativní dopady, ale PZI je celkově vnímána pozitivně a jeví zde jako hlavní činitel mnohých ekonomických změn tohoto státu. V závěru jsou umístěny návrhy dvou potenciálních oborů, do kterých by investování bylo efektivní, a to energetika a bankovnictví. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the impact of foreign direct investment (FDI) in general on the economies of developing countries and then with the deeper analysis of the economy of Vietnam, which is chosen as a specific case. The aim of this thesis, based on general knowledge, is to characterize the impact of FDI on the economies of developing countries in general. The importance of FDI is clearly shown through the analysis of macroeconomic indicators of Vietnam's economy. The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical concept of FDI and the inflows of FDI . The second chapter focuses on the flows of FDI in different regions of developing countries. Two definitions related to the matter of FDI, the developing countries and TNC, are provided by the second part of the second chapter. The main part of this thesis, presented in the third chapter, analyzes Vietnam's economy in more detail. Although FDI inflows to Vietnam bring some negative effects, FDI is generally viewed positively and appears as the main factor of many economic changes in Vietnam. The final part of the thesis covers the suggestions of two potential areas in which investment would be effective: energy and banking. |
