| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda by mělo dojít ke sloučení dvou vládních agentur CzechInvest a CzechTrade. Tato práce se nejdříve zabývá oběma agenturami zvlášť. Následuje kapitola zaměřená na problematiku státních pobídek a podpory investorů. Jsou zde také probírány souvislosti s Evropskou unií a jejím vlivem na investice a podporu vývozu. Poslední kapitola je věnována průzkumu českého trhu a samotným argumentům pro nebo proti sloučení. |

| Abstract: | The purpose of this assignment is to find out whether it should come to a merger of CzechInvest and CzechTrade, two government agencies. Firstly, this assignment deals with both agencies separately. Secondly, it focuses on the issue of the government urges and support of investors. Relations with the European Union are being discussed in this assignment as well. The last chapter deals with a research of the Czech market and with freestanding arguments for and against the merger. |
