| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá přímými zahraničními investicemi (PZI) v České republice a zaměřuje se konkrétně na francouzské investory. První kapitola obsahuje definici a klasifikaci přímých zahraničních investic, dále jsou zde popsány lokalizační faktory a možné dopady PZI na hostitelskou zemi. V další kapitole se práce zabývá PZI v České republice. V první části této kapitoly je rozebrána podpora vstupu PZI do ČR, vývoj jejich přílivu a jejich odvětvová i teritoriální struktura. Poslední část druhé kapitoly obsahuje SWOT analýzu českého investičního prostředí. Třetí kapitola se zabývá samotnými francouzskými investicemi v ČR, na úvod přináší vývoj jejich přílivu a dále široký přehled francouzských investorů působících v ČR. V poslední části je rozebrána institucionální podpora a nastíněn možný vývoj do budoucna. |

| Abstract: | This thesis analyses foreign direct investment (FDI) in the Czech Republic and focuses specifically on French investors. The first chapter includes a definition of the FDI, its classification and its possible impact on the host country. The next chapter deals with FDI in the Czech Republic. The investment incentives to The Czech Republic and inflows of FDI into the CR is discussed in the first part of this chapter. The last part of the chapter includes a SWOT analysis of the Czech investment climate. The third chapter talks about the actual French foreign direct investments in the Czech Republic, starting with the evolution of their inflows and concluding with a wide review of French investors in the Czech Republic. The last part deals with the institutional support and a possible future developement of the field of the FDI. |
