| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce Dopady finanční krize na vybrané státy EU analyzuje příčiny krize a její dopady na dva členské státy Evropské unie, konkrétně na Irsko a Portugalsko. Ačkoli příčiny ekonomických turbulencí byly v případě obou ekonomik odlišné, společným rysem zůstává závažný charakter dopadů krize, pod jejichž náporem se obě země uchýlily k žádosti o mezinárodní finanční asistenci. Analýza protikrizových vládních opatření v kontextu vybraných makroekonomických ukazatelů umožní odhalit, zda implementovaná opatření byla doposud efektivní či nikoli. Závěrečná komparativní analýza klíčových faktorů mezi oběma zeměmi pak poukáže na nedostatky v hospodaření obou států v minulých dekádách, odhalí současný stav těchto ekonomik jako takových a také naznačí jejich budoucí ekonomický vývoj. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor's thesis Financial crisis impacts on the chosen EU states analyses the impact of the financial crisis on two particular EU member states, Ireland and Portugal. Even though the root causes were different, both cases experienced similarly devastating effects that made them ask for international financial assistance. Thorough analysis of the anti-crisis governmental policies in the context of chosen macroeconomic indicators will then reveal the level of their effectiveness. Final comparative analysis of the key factors between the two countries will not only show the inadequacies in the economic behavior of these two states in the last decades and the current state of the economies, but will also enable to draw some conclusions on the future evolution of these economies as such. |
