| Abstract: | Virus HIV je v České republice znám už od roku 1986 a od té doby se jím již nakazilo několik tisíc osob. Doposud však nebyly vyvinuty léky, které by dokázaly infekci HIV zcela vyléčit. Z tohoto důvodu patří HIV mezi nejobávanější pohlavní nemoci. Problematika HIV/AIDS je neustále řešena a to zejména na počátku každého roku, kdy Státní zdravotní ústav zveřejňuje statistiky o této nemoci a pacientech, kteří jsou HIV virem nakaženi. Šíření této zákeřné infekce se nedá zastavit, ale dá se určitě zpomalit účinnými preventivními programy s důrazem na zodpovědné sexuální chování. Ve své práci chci proto prozkoumat informovanost občanů ČR o této infekci a zjistit jejich sexuální zodpovědnost, která má na šíření infekce bezesporu vliv. |

| Abstract: | First references of HIV virus in the Czech Republic are dated with the year 1986 and thousands of people have been infected since then. However, medication for complete recuperation have not been invented yet. This is the reason why the HIV virus belongs to the most feared venereal diseases. The issue of HIV/AIDS is being constantly discussed, especially at the beginning of each year when the statistics of this disease are published by the National Health Institute of the Czech Republic. The spreading of this disease cannot be stopped but it can certainly be slowed by effective preventive programs with an emphasis on sexual responsibility. Therefore, the aim of my work is to explore awareness of the Czech inhabitants about this disease and to find out their own sexual responsibility, which certainly has a big influence on spreading this infection. |
