| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat postoj Velké Británie k hlubší evropské integraci. Především se zaměřit na doposavad poslední fázi, kterou je měnová unii. Dále ukázat pozici Velké Británie ve světové ekonomice a její připravenost na to stát se členem eurozóny. Na závěr poukázat na předpokládaný vývoj daného problému v blízké budoucnosti. |

| Abstract: | The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to describe an attitude of the United Kingdom to European integration. It mainly focuses on last phase of European integration, which is monetary union. Further it shows position of the United Kingdom in world economy and British dispositions to become a part of euro area. Finally it points to expected progress of this issue in the future. |
