The position of the Port of Hamburg in the Czech foreign trade

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je definovat postavení přístavu Hamburk v českém zahraničním obchodě. První část práce popisuje komoditní a teritoriální strukturu zahraničního obchodu České republiky, druhá část je zaměřena na dopravu, její druhy no zejména na námořní přepravu. Tady jsou popsány typy plavidel, realizace přepravy, subjekty působící na námořním trhu, pravidla upravující vztahy mezi subjekty a používané dokumenty jako konosament a Charter Party. Jsou tam uvedeny důležité mezinárodní organizace působící na tomto trhu a popsána funkce přístavu v mezinárodním obchodě. Třetí část je zaměřena na konkrétní přístav Hamburk, kde jsou uvedeny informace o jeho zprávě, terminálech a důležité ukazatele za rok 2011. Nakonec jsou zmíněny vzájemné vztahy České republiky a hamburského přístavu, konkrétně Versailleská dohoda a zastoupení přístavu v Praze.

The main aim of the thesis is to define the position of the port of Hamburg in the Czech foreign trade. The first part describes the commodity and territorial structure of foreign trade of the Czech Republic. The second part is focused on transport, its types but especially on sea transport. Here are described the types of vessels, transportation execution, operators in the maritime market, the rules governing relations between the operators and used documents such as bill of lading or Charter Party. There are mentioned relevant international organizations of this market and described the function of the port in international trade. The third section focuses specific on a port of Hamburg, which provides information about the authority, terminals and important facts for year 2011.At the end, there are mentioned relations of the Czech Republic and the Hamburg port, especially the Versailles Treaty and the representation of the port in Prague.
