| Abstract: | Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí- teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zabývá samotným pojmem "nákupní atmosféra" a popisem zvolených kritérií pro posouzení atmosféry v daných řetězcích. Praktická část popisuje subjektivní hodnocení těchto kritérií každé z prodejen a následné srovnávání prodejen z hlediska nákupní atmosféry. |

The theoretical part subscribes the concept of "shopping atmosphere" and describes the criteria for evaluation of the atmosphere in these chains.The practical part describes the subjective evaluation of these criteria of each of the stores and compare the chains in terms of shopping atmosphere. |
