| Abstract: | Předmětem práce je analýza změn důchodového systému na Slovensku. Součástí analýzy jsou důvody reformy, způsob jejího řešení a problémy vyplývající z neexistence shody napříč politickým spektrem. Výše uvedené má pomoci rozpoznat některé kritické body české reformy a usnadnit rozhodnutí zda se II. pilíře účastnit. |

| Abstract: | The objective of my thesis is the analysis of the pension system in Slovakia. I have focused on the reasons for making the reform, ways of its implementation and problems resulting from a non-existent consensus across the political spectrum. The study may help to recognize certain critical points of the Czech reform and facilitate the decision on participating in the second pension pillar. |
