| Abstract: | Svou diplomovou práci jsem zacílila na problematiku vytvoření komplexní strategické analýzy Rehabilitačního ústavu v Kladrubech. Ve své práci se pokusím zhodnotit celkovou situaci, která v ústavu panuje a soustředím se na rozbor pomocí analýz vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí. Výraznou měrou do mé práce vstupuje i fakt, že se naše ekonomika nachází v době ekonomické krize, která se odráží výrazně i ve zdravotnictví. Na závěr se pokusím shrnout a zhodnotit vysledované skutečnosti. |

| Abstract: | In my thesis I decided to focus on the issue of a comprehensive strategic analysis of the Rehabilitation Institut in Kladruby. In my work I will try to assess the overall situation of the institute there and concentrate on the analysis by analyzing the internal and external environment. Sadly, the enter conected with my work is the fact that our economy is in this time in economic crisis. This crisis reflects in health care. In conclusion I will try to summarize and evaluate the trace of reality. |
