| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl vypracovat podnikatelský plán na založení squash centra v Minsku (Bělorusko). Squash již není v Bělorusku příliš populární, avšak v současnosti v Minsku funguje jen jedno centrum poskytující pronájem squashových kurtů a poptávka po tomto sportu je výrazně vyšší. Vypracováním podnikatelského plánu na založení squash centra v Minsku chci zjistit, zda podnikání ve sportovním prostředí v Bělorusku může být efektivnější než ve sféře ostatních služeb a zda plánované squash centrum dokáže být rentabilní. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor's Thesis objective is developing a business plan for the establishment of a squash center in Minsk (Belarus). Squash is not very popular in the state today. However, currently only one center works in Minsk, that provides squash courts. Surely, that rental demand is not satisfied. By developing a business plan for the establishment of squash center in Minsk, I want to find out whether the business in this sector in Belarus may be more effective than others businesses in the sector of services and whether this business can be profitable or not. |
