| Abstract: | Diplomová práce "Politika soudržnosti EU a její vliv na Moravskoslezský kraj" je členěná do tří kapitol. Jednotlivé etapy vývoje politiky hospodářské a sociální soudržnosti EU v rámci procesu evropské integrace jsou popsány v první kapitole diplomové práce. V této kapitoly je věnován prostor základním atributům politiky soudržnosti, což jsou cíle, nástroje a principy. Pozornost je věnována i financování politiky soudržnosti v rámci celé Evropské unie. V druhé kapitole diplomové práce "Politika soudržnosti v rámci České republiky" je představena politika soudržnosti v rámci České republiky. Popsány jsou zde základní dokumenty, které slouží k realizaci politiky soudržnosti na území ČR a operační programy z kterých Česká republika čerpá alokace. Poslední část diplomové práce je zaměřená na Moravskoslezský kraj. Pozornost je zaměřená na analýzu, zda region dostatečně čerpá finanční prostředky, které mu jsou skrz politiku soudržnosti nabízeny a jaký vliv má politika soudržnosti na tento kraj. Cílem mé práce je poukázat na důležitost politiky soudržnosti. Pokusím se nastínit, jakou roli hraje politika soudržnosti v Evropské unii, jakou podobu zaujímá v České republice a jak ovlivňuje Moravskoslezský kraj. Práce má znázornit politiku hospodářské a sociální soudržnosti jako nástroje pro zlepšování sociálně-ekonomické úrovně. Ráda bych zhodnotila, jak velkou roli hraje politika soudržnosti v Moravskoslezském kraji a jaký vliv má na tento region. |

| Abstract: | The thesis "EU cohesion policy and its impact on the Moravian-Silesian Region" is divided into three chapters. The first chapter of the thesis describes the stages of development in the economic and social cohesion of the European integration process. This chapter is deals with the fundamental attributes of cohesion policy, which are the objectives, tools and principles. Attention is paid to the financing of the Cohesion Policy within the European Union. In the second chapter, "Cohesion Policy in the Czech Republic," the author introduces cohesion in the Czech Republic. This chapter describes the basic documents that are used for the implementation of cohesion policy in the CR and the operational programs of which the Czech Republic draws allocation. The last part of this thesis is focused on the Moravian-Silesian Region. Attention is focused on the analysis of whether the region adequately draws the funds with which it is offered through the cohesion policy and the impact of cohesion policy in this region.The aim of my work is to highlight the importance of cohesion policy. I will try to outline the role played by cohesion policy in the European Union, which takes form in the Czech Republic and how it affects the Moravian-Silesian Region. The work has illustrated the economic and social cohesion as a tool for improving the socio-economic level. I would like to assess how big a role of cohesion policy in the Region and the effect on this region. |
