| Abstract: | Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit finanční situaci podniku Arysta LifeScience Czech s.r.o. v letech 2006 - 2011. Teoretická část této práce obsahuje metodiku pro výpočet jednotlivých ukazatelů finanční analýzy včetně zdůvodnění jejich použití. Praktická část pak představuje samotné zhodnocení finanční situace podniku. Finanční analýza je provedena z pohledu manažerů a využívá interních údajů společnosti. Závěr práce shrnuje poznatky získané v praktické části, identifikuje silné a slabé stránky podniku a navrhuje možná opatření pro zlepšení současného stavu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess financial health of the company Arysta LifeScience Czech s.r.o. during the period of 2006 - 2011. Theoretical part of this thesis contains the calculation methodology of the indicators of financial analysis, including justification for their use. The practical part of this thesis focuses on assessment of financial health of the company using the indicators introduced in the theoretical part. Financial analysis is conducted from the perspective of managers, using internal company data. The conclusion summarizes the findings of the financial situation, identifies strengths and weaknesses of the company and offers recommendations for improvement of the current situation. |
