| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je podnikání zahraničních osob na území České republiky. Cílem této práce je zanalyzovat nejrůznější možnosti a způsoby podnikání zahraničních osob na českém území. První část se zabývá vymezením pojmů a teoretickými východisky osobního statutu zahraničních osob. Následující kapitola se věnuje konkrétně právní úpravě podnikání cizinců na území ČR. Třetí kapitola se zabývá konkretně podnikáním zahraničních osob prostřednictvím organizační složky podniku. Poslední část se pak věnuje "ready made" společnostem a podnikání cizinců prostřednictvim s.r.o. Součastí je vymezení jednotlivých kroků, které je nutné učinit k založení s.r.o. cizincem v ČR. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is "Entrepreneurial activity of foreign people in the Czech Republic". The thesis has as a goal to analyze various options and ways of doing business by foreign entities in the Czech Republic. The first part deals with the definition and theoretical basis of the personal status of foreigners. The following chapter deals with specific business legislation for foreigners in the CR. The third part deals specifically with business through the organizational unit. The last part is devoted to "ready made" companies and Ltd. It includes the definition of the individual steps that must be taken to establish Ltd. by the foreigner. |
