| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je navrhnout zlepšení stávající situace ve firmě EVERFIT hydraulika s.r.o. z hlediska splňování předpisů BOZP. V první části této práce se věnuji teoretickým pojmům, legislativě z oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci a způsobům hodnocení rizik BOZP. Informace získané z první části této práce poté aplikuji v části druhé. Zde se věnuji nejprve stručné charakteristice firmy EVERFIT hydraulika s.r.o. a poté analyzuji stávající situaci z oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve všech pobočkách firmy. Tato analýza byla provedena na základě pozorování chodu běžného pracovního dne ve firmě. Dále provedu analýzu rizik na pobočce v Praze. Výstupy pozorování běžného pracovního dne a analýzy rizik poté předám s doporučením ke zvážení a k jejich nápravě vedení firmy EVERFIT hydraulika s.r.o. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to improve the current situation in the company EVERFIT hydraulika s.r.o. in terms of health and safety regulations. The first part of this work is devoted to theoretical concepts, legislation on occupational safety and health at work and occupational health and safety risk assessment methods. Information obtained from the first part of this thesis is then applied in the second part. Here I deal first brief description of the company and then analyze the existing situation on occupational safety and health at work in all branches of the company. This analysis was based on observations of how a normal working day in the company looks like. Then I do Risk Analysis at a branch in Prague. Outputs of observing normal working day and risk analysis will then be given with a recommendation to considering it to the company's management. |
