| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou ochrany spotřebitele s důrazem na sektor pojišťovnictví. Práce si klade za cíl definovat ochranu spotřebitele v tomto sektoru a najít odpověď na otázku, zda je spotřebitel v sektoru pojišťovnictví dostatečně chráněn. První část práce se zabývá ochranou spotřebitelem, druhá je zaměřena na sektor pojišťovnictví a v závěrečné kapitole jsou uvedeny příklady z pojistné praxe. |

The first part deals with consumer protection, the second part focuses on the insurance sector and a final chapter contains examples of insurance practice. |
