| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou exportní strategie společnosti Vetropack Moravia Glass a.s. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na postup, který by měla společnost uplatňovat při vstupu na zahraniční trhy. V praktické části je analyzován export samotné společnosti a také prostředí specifického trhu, v tomto případě Ruska. V rámci výrobkové, cenové, komunikační a distribuční strategie je také návrhová část, kde jsou shrnuty poznatky a doporučení ke zlepšení dosavadní exportní strategie. |

Theoretical part focuses on the procedure, which should be followed by a company trying to enter international markets. Analytical part describes export of the selected company and the environment of a specific market, namely Russia. The product, price, communication and distribution strategy also comprises a summary of observations and recommendations how to improve the present export strategy. |
