| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá srovnáním právní úpravy podnikání fyzických osob v ČR a ve Španělsku. Hlavním cílem je podat základní informace o podmínkách podnikání ve výše zmíněných zemích. Práce je rozdělena do pěti základních kapitol. První vysvětluje základní pojmy, druhá se zabývá podnikáním v ČR (legislativa, podmínky provozu živnosti, její druhy, živnostenský úřad, živnostenský rejstřík, zdanění), třetí část je zaměřena na podnikání ve Španělsku (legislativa, podmínky a vznik podnikání, Registro Mercantil, zdanění), čtvrtá kapitola srovnává fungování Jednotných kontaktních míst, která poskytují informace o podnikání v zahraničí, a závěrečná pátá kapitola přináší celkové srovnání podnikání v ČR a ve Španělsku. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with comparison of legal regulations of entrepreneurship of individuals in the Czech Republic and Spain. The main aim is to provide basic information about the conditions of entrepreneurship in the countries mentioned above. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first one explains basic terms, the second deals with entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic (legislation, conditions of conducting business, trade office, trade register and taxation), the third is focused on entrepreneurship in Spain (legislation, conditions of conducting business, Registro Mercantil and taxation), the fourth compares Points of Single Contact and in the last chapter we can find general comparison of entrepreneurship of individuals in the Czech Republic and Spain. |
