| Abstract: | Práce pojednává o hospodářských vztazích Evropské unie se zeměmi BRIC se zaměřením na Brazílii. V první kapitole popisuje obecné a ekonomické charakteristiky zemí BRIC a zkoumá jejich postavení ve světovém hospodářství. Další kapitola se zabývá vybranou zemí, Brazílií. Z ekonomického pohledu analyzuje její silné a slabé stránky, zahraniční obchod a popisuje dohody, na základě kterých probíhají hospodářské vztahy s EU. Třetí kapitola detailně charakterizuje vývoj a současnou podobu hospodářských vztahů EU obecně, se zeměmi BRIC a především s Brazílií. Poslední část poskytuje zamyšlení nad perspektivními sektory vzájemných vztahů EU a Brazílie se zaměřením na konkrétní podobu jejich dalšího vývoje. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the economic relations between the European Union and the BRIC countries focusing on Brazil. The general and economic features of the BRIC countries are described in the first chapter, as well as the research of their role in the world economy. The next chapter focuses on the chosen country, Brazil. From the economic point of view it analyses the strengths and weaknesses, foreign trade and it also describes the agreements, that make the basis for the economic relations with the EU. The third chapter characterizes in detail the development and the recent form of the economic relations of the EU in general, between the EU and the BRIC countries, mainly Brazil. The last part gives some thought to the perspective sectors of the mutual relations between the EU and Brazil focusing on the particular form of their future development. |
