| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem studentského projektu realizovaného studenty Arts Managementu. Cílem této bakalářské práce je podložení vykonané akce teorií marketingu, managementu a projektového managementu. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. V každé z nich lze nalézt jak teoretickou, tak praktickou část, popisující postup studentů při vytváření projektu Winter Art Academy. Poměrný díl textu se věnuje právě teorii, aby čtenář pochopil veškeré souvislosti a následně pochopil jednání studentů v praktické části. Mým cílem je obhájení studentského projektu jako významné učební pomůcky. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of a student project realized by the students of Arts Management. The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to support realized action with theoretical principles from the point of view of marketing, management and project management. The thesis consists of three main parts. Theoretical part as well as practical part is to be found in every part of the thesis. These parts describe working methods of the students during producing of the Winter Art Academy project. Proportional part of the text is also focused on the theory so that it enables the reader to compass all relations and to understand actions of the students in the practical part. My aim is to support realized action with theoretical principles from the point of view of marketing, management and project management and furthermore defending of the student project as a significant teaching device. |
